This is why I created the SGG, because it's based on the principles I use with my 1-1 clients that help them thrive
Other programmes out there will have you obsessing over calorie counting, hitting the perfect macros and never missing a beat on your steps, all of which fall by the wayside once the programme is over. The SGG is different - I'm going to teach you how to build routines and habits that support how you want to live your life. This is more than fat loss. This is growing mentally, and physically. This is learning tools that can support you as you navigate through long-lasting physique change...
The SGG is based on nearly a decade of coaching experience + working with hundreds of women to help them build new routines, drop body fat, gain strength and live a life that they L O V E
Over the 8 weeks we'll work together + you'll get:
💪 A full training plan (3-4 Days a Week)
An SWC staple. You’ll get a strength-focused plan that works for you. Prefer the gym? I've got you covered. Sticking to home workouts? No problem. There are programmes to suit your level whether you're a newbie gym-gal or a seasoned lifter (if you're training at home, you will need some dumbbells as a minimum)
🍎 Nutritional programming
More than just macros. I'll work with you to manage your nutrition for your goals - looking at macros, yes, but also how you build your plate, your own hunger/fullness cues and eating more mindfully. No obsessive MFP tracking required
🌳 Habit building support
Helping you set non-negotiables, routines + behaviours that support getting you to where you want to be. Rather than sticking to a meal plan for 6 weeks only to have zero clue how to manage your nutrition + lifestyle on the flip side, I will support you through making long term habits stick
📆 Fortnightly check-ins
This isn’t one of those “download the plan and off you go” deals. Every two weeks, I'll check in with you to celebrate wins, tackle challenges, and make sure you’re feeling unstoppable. These are a prime opportunity to get 1-1, personalised support from me
🗣️ Weekly live coaching calls
Each week, we’ll dive into key topics like habit building, strength training, mindset shifts, and improving your relationship with food. Think of these as your pep talks, toolbox, and therapy session rolled into one. These calls will be recorded and you'll be able to watch them back which is esp helpful for my note-takers
💡 Group support & accountability
You’re not doing this alone. The SGG is the ultimate girlgang—a group of like-minded women ready to hype you up, keep you accountable, and remind you that you’re a total badass. Think, ladies toilet on a night out vibes..
This is not another quick fix plan, bullshit "new year new me" shred, therapy heavy OR fast and dirty fat loss

Nope! There is a gym plan and home plan available but the home plan does require dumbbells. Both plans will be just as incredible to help you achieve results
Absolutely not. This is not something that is appropriate for everyone and my nutritional plans/ strategies don't rely on counting calories. If you're worried, please do message me with any questions before signing up
No! It’s my job to meet you where you’re currently at, then guide you to your goals. This means that no matter what your starting point is, you’ll benefit from coaching.
Yes! Absolutely everything is delivered online, so as long as you have access to the internet you’re good to go.
Absolutely everything is built around you and your lifestyle. As long as you can commit a few minutes each day to check in with yourself, plus 3-4h a week for training, we can build everything else!
Nope - this in 8 week programme
I ask for injuries during the sign up process and will advise you on exercise swaps so that we don't do anything to aggravate. You also have fortnightly check ins so we can make any tweaks then too!
