💪 A full training plan (3–4 days/week)
Strength-based, progressive, and designed to fit YOUR life. Gym or home, newbie or seasoned lifter — you’ll have a programme that works for you (home option needs dumbbells, angel)
🍎 Nutrition that actually makes sense
We’ll cover macros, plate building, hunger/fullness cues, and mindful eating — without obsessive tracking. You’ll finally know how to fuel your body without a side of food guilt
🌳 Habit building that sticks
No more “perfect for 6 weeks then crash and burn.” We’ll create sustainable routines so you keep making progress long after SGG wraps up
📆 Fortnightly check-ins
Personalised feedback from me every 2 weeks to celebrate wins, troubleshoot challenges, and keep you moving forward
🗣 Weekly live coaching calls
Your pep talks, mindset shifts, and “aha” moments — all recorded so you can watch back whenever you want

Nope! There is a gym plan and home plan available but the home plan does require dumbbells. Both plans will be just as incredible to help you achieve results
Absolutely not. This is not something that is appropriate for everyone and my nutritional plans/ strategies don't rely on counting calories. If you're worried, please do message me with any questions before signing up
No! It’s my job to meet you where you’re currently at, then guide you to your goals. This means that no matter what your starting point is, you’ll benefit from coaching.
Yes! Absolutely everything is delivered online, so as long as you have access to the internet you’re good to go.
Absolutely everything is built around you and your lifestyle. As long as you can commit a few minutes each day to check in with yourself, plus 3-4h a week for training, we can build everything else!
Nope - this in 8 week programme
I ask for injuries during the sign up process and will advise you on exercise swaps so that we don't do anything to aggravate. You also have fortnightly check ins so we can make any tweaks then too!
