Why the SGG?

Let’s face it: the world is overflowing with “fat loss” and “shred” programs promising quick fixes, dramatic before-and-afters, and some elusive secret formula that you apparently just have to buy

Here’s the truth: those programs are usually based on unsustainable, restrictive methods that leave you burned out, hungry, and feeling like a failure if you dare to eat a slice of pizza. Sound familiar?

Let’s be real: most “shred” programs prioritise the scale over everything else. They might get you smaller, but they won’t make you stronger.

The SGG flips the script. This program focuses on building strength—because when you’re strong, confident, and capable, fat loss becomes a by-product . The result? You’ll feel powerful, energised, and unstoppable

Tracking calories and macros works for some, but it can also feel like a full-time job. The SGG skips the tedious math and teaches you how to eat in a way that’s intuitive, satisfying, and sustainable.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a gym membership?

Nope! There is a gym plan and home plan available but the home plan does require dumbbells. Both plans will be just as incredible to help you achieve results

Do I have to track calories?

Absolutely not. This is not something that is appropriate for everyone and my nutritional plans/ strategies don't rely on counting calories. If you're worried, please do message me with any questions before signing up

Do I already need to be mega fit?

No! It’s my job to meet you where you’re currently at, then guide you to your goals. This means that no matter what your starting point is, you’ll benefit from coaching.

I don't live in the UK, will coaching still work for me?

Yes! Absolutely everything is delivered online, so as long as you have access to the internet you’re good to go.

Will this fit my busy lifestyle?

Absolutely everything is built around you and your lifestyle. As long as you can commit a few minutes each day to check in with yourself, plus 3-4h a week for training, we can build everything else!

Is there a contract?

Nope - this in 8 week programme

What if I have injuries?

I ask for injuries during the sign up process and will advise you on exercise swaps so that we don't do anything to aggravate. You also have fortnightly check ins so we can make any tweaks then too!
