I’m Harriet - founder of the Strong Women Collective

I’m a Level 3 Personal Trainer, certified nutritionist, and pre & postnatal qualified coach. But more importantly, I’ve worked with hundreds (likely thousands) of women navigating real life alongside their fitness goals - busy schedules, low motivation, inconsistent routines, and everything in between
My approach is person-centred and evidence-based. That means no one-size-fits-all plans, no fads, and no “all or nothing” coaching
